Job Summary:
As a Commercial Manager at Epson Telford Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the Production Control and Procurement Team to provide forecasting, workload, and resourcing plans to support the efficient running of the plant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Production Control and Procurement Team to provide forecasting, workload, and resourcing plans to support the efficient running of the plant.
- Drive performance excellence through continuous improvement, focusing on systems automation and cross-functional alignment.
- Schedule production in line with capacity constraints to maintain customer service levels, working with production departments to attain their performance metrics through maximising efficiency and the procurement of raw materials to optimise the efficiency of the production departments.
- Support the Finance team in relation to budget setting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
