Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve driver performance and engagement. You will work closely with drivers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and consistent delivery standards. Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to drivers to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve driver performance and engagement

  • Manage and resolve driver queries promptly to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of driver performance and progress

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or customer-facing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
