We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our TechMates team as digital mentors. As a digital mentor, you will play a vital role in helping our community members build digital confidence and skills.

About the Role

As a digital mentor, you will provide one-to-one support to individuals who are new to digital technologies. You will help them learn basic digital skills, such as using the internet, email, and everyday apps, as well as staying safe online and transacting online using council and government services.

You will work with our team to provide training and support to help our community members achieve their digital goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and help them feel more connected to the modern world.

What You'll Gain

As a digital mentor, you will gain valuable experience in digital inclusion and community engagement. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
