About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Civil Pipeline Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our cities and environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work, ensuring high-quality levels and adherence to relevant design standards and codes.
  • Define briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals, driving business growth and success.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Set quality assurance standards in design, ensuring excellence and consistency across projects.
  • Grow, develop, and manage pipeline engineering capability within the practice, driving business growth and expertise.

About You

  • Chartered Civil Engineer with a strong track record of owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design on large-scale pipeline projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of specialist pipeline design across all materials, jointing, and installation methods.
  • Knowledgeable of current UK and international pipeline design standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.
