About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our Civil Pipeline Engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our pipeline engineering services and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality pipeline engineering services.
  • Develop and manage project proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for pipeline engineering services.
  • Grow and develop pipeline engineering capability within the practice.

About You

  • Chartered Civil Engineer with significant experience in pipeline engineering and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex pipeline projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
