Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of UK FSG Team Leadership Role. About the Role: As a UK FSG Team Leadership Role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also work closely with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and talent, ensuring the success of the team and the organization as a whole. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in this role, as you will need to present ideas, proposals, and progress reports to various stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will also be required, as you will need to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and talent, ensuring the success of the team and the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, presenting ideas, proposals, and progress reports.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in broking, leadership, and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will need to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve business outcomes will be critical. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results. A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement strategic plans, and manage budgets, resources, and talent will also be required. Finally, you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances, think creatively, and make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
