Sales Leadership Role for Adsquare UK

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our team as Sales Leadership Role for Adsquare UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing Adsquare's UK sales operations, focusing on building strong relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.

About the Role
  • This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the programmatic, data, or ad-tech industry, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Proven record of driving significant revenue growth, preferably with experience in developing sales strategies for new markets.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with hands-on experience in account management and new business development. A deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, especially the role of data in programmatic and geolocation solutions, is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, including Media Agencies, Direct Advertisers, Trading Desks, and Platform Partners, ensuring they understand and utilize Adsquare's unique geolocation data solutions.
  • Develop and execute a UK-specific sales strategy focused on revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on acquiring and retaining clients within the agency and advertiser sectors.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging Adsquare's evolving data products to maximize revenue potential.
