Health Visitor Specialist Community Public Health Nurse

We are seeking enthusiastic Health Visitors to join our dynamic team. As a registered Health Visitor or Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will work with young children and families to deliver the Healthy Child Programme.
You will have the opportunity to develop your practice and work with clinical specialist Health Visitors to address the public health needs of the population.
Our Health Visitors provide parenting skills support and information through parenting groups and one-to-one home visits.
We work in collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
As a teaching Trust, we host SCPHN students and offer opportunities for staff development and training.
