Job Summary:
The Oyster Partnership is seeking a skilled Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our Assets department, you will contribute to the successful delivery and completion of damp, mould and disrepair works within a new dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out property inspections and works to a high standard, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to address damp, mould and disrepair issues in properties.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve project goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on damp, mould and disrepair matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in damp, mould and disrepair surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
