Job Title: Support Staff for Inclusive Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Staff member to join our team and support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our local schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about inclusive education and want to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. As a Support Staff member, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality education and care to our students.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting
