About the Position
  • We welcome applications from graduates of all disciplines, particularly those from backgrounds such as Childhood Studies, Psychology, Criminology, Health and Social Care, and Sports Studies.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, kindness, and compassion, along with strong communication skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
  • Reliability and a consistent approach to building trust with pupils are also important qualities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support pupils in a classroom setting, matched to your skills and experience, fostering a safe and nurturing environment where pupils can reach their full potential.
  2. Work closely with pupils who may have social, emotional, and mental health needs, autism, or physical disabilities, collaborating with professionals to deliver tailored education plans.
  3. Assist in implementing specialised strategies in partnership with Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and Art Therapists to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
  4. Create a supportive and inclusive environment where pupils feel valued and respected.
What We Offer

This position comes with an attractive salary package of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
