Are you a newly qualified adviser looking to establish a strong client base or a level 4 qualified Paraplanner eager to take your role to the next level? IDex Consulting is seeking a passionate individual who excels in delivering exceptional client service to join our team.

The Role:
  • As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in executing the delivery of our Regional Business plan through comprehensive financial planning and exceptional client service.
  • You will be responsible for undertaking broad financial planning, ensuring each client's goals are fully understood and the most suitable solution is offered.
  • During the first year, you will be entrusted with a significant number of clients to manage, providing you with a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.
  • You will be expected to deliver high-quality financial planning, consistently meeting required quality standards.
  • Identify additional opportunities from clients while deepening our understanding of their needs to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of investment markets, products, and services, financial planning methodologies, and compliance procedures.
  • Build and maintain personal and business relationships to help identify new opportunities and raise the firm's profile.
  • Establish connections with clients' other professional advisers to help the client meet their needs.
  • Secure client commitment to initial and ongoing financial planning services, securing and growing assets under advice and initial and ongoing revenues.

You must be a minimum Level 4 qualified and have previously worked as an adviser or Paraplanner. Strong influencing and communication skills are essential to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, driving retention and generating value for clients and the business.
