About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team at a high-profile shopping centre in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a talented team of 8 engineers, supported by 4 direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing engineering or hard services teams.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: Shopping Centre, Oxford (Oxfordshire)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with late duty rota every 2-3 weeks)

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
