We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment in Durham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are managed effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and handover.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, understand their project requirements, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including site managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, manage subcontractor agreements, and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
