Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Location: Based in our London office, with frequent travel to project sites and client meetings

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Preparation: Collaborate with project teams to prepare comprehensive tender packages for consultants, contractors, and suppliers

  • Cost Control: Manage project costs to ensure they align with budgeted amounts
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior quantity surveyors to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements: A degree in quantity surveying or a related field, along with 5 years' experience in a senior construction commercial management role.
