- Develop and lead the Social Work Academy, overseeing induction programs for new social workers and assessing newly qualified professionals to support continuous professional growth.
- Coordinate and manage social work student placements, acting as a Practice Educator and ensuring alignments with course requirements and professional standards.
- Foster partnerships with universities to enhance our employer profile, exploring opportunities for social work graduates and promoting innovative employment practices.
