Recruitment Consultant
Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating business leads, building relationships with candidates, and developing your network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating business leads through calls, email, and networking events.
- Building relationships with candidates, develop your network and talent pool keeping in regular contact throughout their journey.
- Learning about your sector, becoming a specialist for your network.
- Generating talent through job boards and social media channels.
- Managing individual targets.
- Holding virtual and face-to-face client meetings and candidate check-ins.
What You Will Receive:
- Competitive basic salary.
- Uncapped Commission structure which rewards both team and individual success.

- Hybrid home/office working 1 day pw* (after successful probation and billings).
- 22 days leave (+bank holidays), increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 days.
