Job Title: Dedicated SEN Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Professional to join our team in Hackney. As an SEN Professional, you will be working with children with complex needs, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the School:

The school provides a unique educational environment for pupils aged 2-19 with a range of complex and significant learning needs, including autism spectrum condition and physical and sensory impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' emotional and behavioral well-being
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective education program
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
