Job Description

As a Senior Capability Specialist at AWE, you will play a key role in supporting the identification, progress, and action plans to address capability gaps. You will also be responsible for defining and improving software implementation processes, rationalisation, roadmaps, and configuration control.

Responsibilities:

  • Make business decisions on new software/application requests for corporate networks
  • Support the development of software implementation processes, rationalisation, roadmaps, and configuration control
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address capability gaps
