Key Responsibilities- Ensure the provision of excellent pension administration and consultancy services to clients
- Participate in strategic business changes and contribute to the development of new initiatives
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
- Provide expert advice and solutions to pensions queries
- Train and support other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Significant experience in pensions administration, with a strong understanding of DB schemes and pension legislation
- Expert knowledge of pension administration activities and legislation
- Previous supervisory, leadership, and management experience
- Project management experience and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Completed or progressing towards a relevant pension qualification (or equivalent experience)
