Carpentry Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced shop fit joiner who is looking to take their first step into supervising and managing a team.

The successful candidate will be a working supervisor responsible to the factory manager for day-to-day joinery operations, having worked on the bench for a good few years honing their skills.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
• Experience with hand tools associated with construction techniques in the shop fit world
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
