About the Role

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a skilled Arboriculturist to join our specialist arborist team as a permanent employee.

The ideal candidate will work at Robertson Park or one of our satellite depots, conducting tree work operations on the council's tree stock.

This full-time position involves working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and may require participation in an emergency standby rota to ensure 24/7 response to out-of-hours tree work events.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting risk assessments and adhering to industry best practice and Health and Safety regulations
• Wearing relevant PPE during work hours

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000-£45,000 based on market rates and location. This amount is subject to change and final determination by Renfrewshire Council.
