Arboriculture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Arboriculturist to join our team at Renfrewshire Council. Based at Robertson Park or one of our satellite depots, you will work as part of a specialist arborist team responsible for conducting tree work operations.

The successful candidate will be required to wear relevant PPE, conduct risk assessments, and conform to industry best practice and Health and Safety regulations.

This is a full-time position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

As part of the role, you may be required to participate in an emergency standby rota to ensure the council can respond to all out-of-hours emergency tree work events.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Conduct tree work operations to maintain the council's tree stock
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to industry best practice and Health and Safety regulations
• Participate in an emergency standby rota when necessary
