Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the development of our nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders on patient care and treatment plans.
  • Lead and develop the nursing service to improve practice and work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries.
  • Implement and evaluate evidence-based standards, guidelines, and policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and carers to ensure their needs are met and their health outcomes are improved.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in advanced nursing practice.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing nursing services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
