About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Digital Delivery Manager. As a key member of our delivery team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, gaining valuable experience in project management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of digital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including team members, project sponsors, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, risk management strategies, and issue resolution plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in organizing and planning tasks to achieve defined objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, adapting their style to suit different contexts.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of collaborating with others, resolving issues, and managing diverse relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid passport or residence permit.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Have lived in the UK and/or EEA for 3 years prior to the apprenticeship start date or hold refugee status.
  • Not be in full-time education or undertaking another apprenticeship by the apprenticeship start date.
  • Not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
  • Hold GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent or be willing to undertake a functional skills assessment.
