About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and comfort to our residents. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards, creating a warm and homely environment that is essential for delivering quality care and support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading and inspiring a team, with experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to motivate others to achieve their best. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
