About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker at our Bury Learning Disability Service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities to achieve their life goals and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful personal care and practical support to service users.
  • Assist service users to participate in community activities and events.
  • Work flexibly in shifts, including weekends and waking nights, to meet the needs of our service users.
  • Develop and maintain warm and trusting relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
What We Offer

As a Relief Support Worker with Creative Support Ltd, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work in services that are local to you. We also offer a free uniform and pay for DBS checks. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
