Estate Agent Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Manager to join our team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Estate Agent branch, leading a team of sales professionals, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
