Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience to enhance market share
  • Identify client needs and match them to the agency's proposition to secure new business
  • Hands-on management of branch operations
  • Lead the team and drive from the front to achieve the best branch performance in the area
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximized potential
  • Coach, lead, and mentor the team both individually and collectively
  • Be the point of contact for sales-related knowledge, guidance, and support

The successful Estate Agent Sales Manager will be a pivotal appointment for the office, requiring a natural drive, passion, and self-starter attitude, coupled with the ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as an Estate Agent
  • Valuation experience is essential
  • Proven expertise across all aspects of the role, including sales progression
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural leadership and sales abilities are crucial
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and implement them
  • Excellent organizational skills
