About the Role

The Capacity Allocation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. This role requires close collaboration with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, to guarantee outstanding customer service. The specialist will be based at our brand new office in Sheffield, as part of a wider planning and customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installation capacity and scheduling to meet customer demand
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders to ensure seamless communication
  • Support Team Leads in finding improved ways of working
  • Coach other Planning Agents in the use of AIRA systems
  • Collaborate with technicians to optimize capacity allocation
  • Book materials, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery of materials
  • Monitor team performance and provide insights to optimize service operations
  • Implement optimizations and improvements based on forecasts from the central function
