Deputy Head of Conflicts Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Conflicts to lead our conflicts team and drive our success within a top law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the conflicts team to ensure effective conflict resolution strategies are implemented.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide advice on conflict matters.
  • Monitor and report on conflict issues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to business planning and strategy to drive the firm's success.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the conflicts team's performance.
Requirements:
  • A qualified lawyer in England and Wales with a degree in Law or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a legal department with expertise in conflict management and resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within the legal industry and excellent communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to contribute to business planning and strategy.
