Job Title: Specialised English Teacher (QTS)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Specialised English Teacher (QTS) to join our team at GSL Education. As a Specialised English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating personalised learning plans for students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with educational psychologists and speech therapists to develop comprehensive support strategies.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive environment where students feel valued and supported.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods and resources to meet individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an English Teacher.
  • Possess knowledge of various disabilities and effective support strategies.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) is required.
  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
