About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our team at a local secondary school in Plymouth. As a part-time English teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and support students in their English GCSEs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach English to students up to Key Stage 4 (KS4)
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess and provide feedback to students on their progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
Requirements
  • QTS with English specialism
  • Experience teaching up to KS4
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Previous experience as a secondary English teacher
