Job Title: Regional Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary:
Talent Finder is seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive repairs and proactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
