**Career Opportunity in Conveyancing**

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our client’s team in Birmingham. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing transactions, handling client communications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive team player, working accurately to meet deadlines
  • Computer literate, familiar with Case Management Systems
  • Maintain files and records efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing
  • Experience utilising the HM Land Registry Portal and archiving
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Experience with drafting contracts, completion statements, and AP1/SDLT

Benefits:

  • Salary - Up to £28,000 DOE
  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs per week
  • 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
  • Pension auto-enrolment scheme
