About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Agincare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex behaviors to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship, support, and communication to our clients
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing
  • Support clients with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Perform light cleaning tasks and assist with domestic duties
  • Support clients with mobility and social activities, including trips out and social engagements

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
