Job Title: Core Banking Services Service Transition Lead


We are seeking a skilled Service Transition Lead to join our team at Deutsche Bank. This role is responsible for overseeing the service transition process for new applications and major changes within the Core Banking Services domain.



  • The successful candidate will have expertise in one or more technical domains and be able to contribute effectively in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • This role will also involve reviewing upcoming changes from an application on-boarding perspective, participating in demos & reviews, and ensuring smooth productionization of New Applications or Major changes.
  • The Service Transition Lead will drive the standards and adherence to the Production New Application, Major change process and Non-Functional Requirements.

About the Role:



  • You will be working closely with Functional Leads and Release Managers to review and prioritize upcoming changes.
  • You will define, develop, maintain, and execute the Core Banking Services (CBS) Book of Work process related to New Application onboarding to CBS production.
  • Attending and facilitating major program/project planning meetings to prioritize bug fixes, resiliency, and performance enhancements.

Requirements:



  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience gained within large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function.
  • Global Transaction Banking / Corporate and Investment Banking Experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains, including UNIX/Linux, Solaris, Java J2EE, shell scripts, secure connectivity and protocols, Monitoring Tools, Scheduling Tools, and ITIL Framework.
  • Working knowledge of change management, problem, and incident tracking tools.
