Office Services Coordinator

As a key member of our team at The Outsourced Recruitment Company, we are seeking an experienced Office Services Administrator to support our operations in Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office services and support various departments, including Reprographics, Reception, and Postal Services.
- Ensure the adoption of safe working practices and adhere to company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and support a variety of clients.
- Undertake any mandatory training as required and maintain a flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
- English Language & Maths GCSE or equivalent and the ability to use IT Microsoft Applications.
- Experience working in an office environment or similar customer service experience and working within a MOD environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, organisational skills, and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Full UK valid driving licence with full business insurance.
