**Job Summary:**
- To assist the Service Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the service.

- To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care plans that meet the needs of our service users.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or nursing).
- Proven experience working in a similar role or within the learning disabilities sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
