Technical Administrator Role
Milestone Infrastructure, a leading highways maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our team in Winchester. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HSEQ teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our back office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and present data to enable clear service vision
- Update progress on works currently on the ground
- Supply statistics for works due to start
- Handle permit enquiries, NRSWA enquiries, and associated activities
- Liaise with Hampshire County Council and other stakeholders for proposed works
- Support contract HSEQ teams
- Take emergency and resident phone calls
Requirements:
- Good understanding of data management and presentation
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- General understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Experience in providing administrative support in a technical environment
