Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Highway Engineer to join our Contracts and Construction Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex highway projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highway engineering, with experience in managing large-scale projects, including design, construction, and maintenance. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of complex highway projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in highway engineering, with experience in managing large-scale projects.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
