Join Our Audit Team as a Supervisor

Rutherford Briant is a leading audit firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for supervising junior staff, assisting audit managers, and leading on various non-client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Assist audit managers in the servicing of clients, including audit planning, reviews, and completion.
  • Lead on various non-client projects, such as the creation of audit intranet, development of job feedback systems, and development of videos on key audit topics.
  • Liaise with other service lines, including IT Audit and Tax, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector, with a strong understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff, with a focus on their career growth and development.
  • Desire to grow and develop your career, with a strong commitment to the firm's values and culture.
