We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sport and Active Leisure: Operational Services Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced leisure environment, while also contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service and events.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure facilities. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with events and activities, and contributing to the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently;">
  • Assist with the daily operation of the leisure facility, including setting up and preparing equipment and facilities for events and activities;">
  • Support the delivery of events and activities, including setup, coordination, and evaluation;">
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the facility;">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also require basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3 National 4 qualifications or equivalent (including English) is also required.
