Job Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-line response to all inbound enquiries and questions via digital communications
  • Assist service delivery teams to provide the best possible support to those at risk of housing insecurity and homelessness
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred housing advice and support across Fife

As a Homelessness Prevention Advocate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals at risk of housing insecurity and homelessness. You will assist service delivery teams to provide the best possible support, working collaboratively to deliver person-centred housing advice and support across Fife.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,564 per year, a temporary contract with opportunities for growth and development, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
