  • Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction

  • Helpful skills and qualifications include NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification, thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines, strong problem-solving skills, and proven ability to meet efficiency targets
