Chef and Kitchen Manager

The responsibilities of the Chef and Kitchen Manager include:
  • Managing kitchen resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
  • Developing and implementing menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards
  • Providing guidance and support to kitchen staff to ensure they can perform their roles effectively
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role or equivalent
  • A Level 2 Diploma in Catering and Hospitality is required
  • A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
