The role of Culinary Specialist will include:
  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals that cater to individual tastes and dietary needs
  • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and staff supervision
  • Ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop menus and promotions that meet customer preferences
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a culinary setting, preferably in a similar role or position
  • A Level 2 Diploma in Catering and Hospitality is essential
  • A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
