This is an exciting opportunity to join our clinical team and contribute to the development of our students' mental health and well-being. You will work closely with educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments, offering individualised interventions and support to our young people.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support our students' mental health and well-being
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Providing regular assessments and evaluations to inform our understanding of each student's needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
  • Experience of working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
