As a Consumer Banker with First Financial Bank, you will be responsible for deepening client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in coaching and/or mentoring in a retail environment, as well as personal experience in sales and service with previous success in achieving sales and service goals. A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent banking work experience is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
