Your primary objective will be to create engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression on our attendees, partners, and customers. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that align with Redis' business objectives
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all Redis events, including third-party, partner, and proprietary events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage event-related campaigns
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure successful event execution
  • Oversee onsite logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise promptly
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or B2B environment
  • Proven track record developing and managing event marketing programs, third-party events, and 1st party events within the tech field
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to travel for work domestically and internationally, estimated 30% of the time
